As Mepnda Gates recently composed, we’re nevertheless “sending our daughters into businesses created for our dads.” And into marriages billed as equal, so long as the career that is man’sn’t disturbed by their wife’s success. (While I’ve periodically heard tales of career-stifpng partners from same-sex partners, the majority that is vast heard are from heterosexual partners, plus it’s more often than not the girl whose career comes 2nd.)

It is maybe not that these husbands aren’t modern, supportive partners.

They truly see by themselves that way — as do lots of the CEOs and leaders of organizations we make use of.
